Quinta do Judeu top red wine comes from Quinta do Judeu Covelinhas old vines (60 years old) and from Touriga Nacional grapes of Quinta do Judeu Corgo. The structure of the wines from the hotter Cima Corgo blended with the freshness from the cooler Baixo Corgo, allows the Douro to express its terroir with balance, complexity, elegance and aging capacity.

More than 15 different Douro native varieties from old vineyards from Quinta do Judeu Covelinhas (Cima Corgo sub-region), with the predominance of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Francisca and Sousão.
Vinification
Pre-selected grapes, carried to cellar in 20kg boxes and trodden by foot in traditional granite lagares with automatic temperature control (26º-28ºC). 12 month aging in French oak barrels.
